Client Responsibilities

Ensure all provided content (images, text, etc.) is legally owned or licensed.
Approve work in a timely manner to meet project deadlines.

Revisions and Changes

Reasonable revisions are included as specified in your project agreement. Additional revisions or changes outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and confidentiality. Any information shared with Sharkfold will only be used to complete your project or improve our services.

Limitation of Liability

Sharkfold is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or website.

Third-Party Services

If your project involves third-party platforms or tools (such as hosting, domains, or plugins), Sharkfold is not responsible for their performance, downtime, or policy changes.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project by written notice if the other party breaches the terms or fails to fulfill obligations. Fees for completed work up to the termination date remain payable.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted under the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled in UK courts.
